We do require access to an outside tap to supply our pressure washing equipment with a steady flow of water. If you have an external power socket, that is helpful, but we can easily run an extension cable from an indoor plug safely if needed.

Not when done correctly. We adjust our equipment based on the material we are cleaning. We use lower pressure for older or delicate stone and a flat surface cleaner for block paving to lift the dirt without destroying the sub-base. We also re-sand block paving joints afterwards to lock everything back into place tightly.
